Mordy's serves sabich, which I have not seen served outside of Israel. Also, the falafel and chicken was perfectly crispy - the fried chicken was especially good, i've never seen breading like this!

Falafel was great! Cooked perfect. The pita was also good. I'm a chummus snob and make a wicked batch. Theirs was too thick and a little chunky. Thinner and more lemon ... this would be fire :-) Schug was good - not traditional but good. The other items I selected were decent but nothing worthy of review. Overall... stuffed to the max and it kind of fell apart a bit. I wasn't concerned about that though! Best falafel in CO and kosher is a huge plus! Fries were solid too. Crispy, fresh, and not too salty. Here's where I was annoyed... Walk in and only a few people were there waiting for food. There are 2 computer screens with menus. Personally... I don't need anyone to greet me but people over screens any day! I was annoyed that I had to look through the menu. I selected a falafel then I needed to select what went inside. But... after 4 selections (salad, eggplant, schug, etc.) I saw the other options were greyed out / not selectable. I mean... who limits what I can put into my falafel. Try this anywhere else and that would not end well. So I placed the order and wanted to pay cash. No option to pay cash from the computer screen. I got more annoyed, went to counter and the guy (very nice BTW) said I could pay with cash but I'd have to wait until he makes a few orders. I didn't want to wait and also didn't want to order again. This place has solid food. My advice... ditch the screens - put humans in front of your new restaurant, and finish the inside. First impressions are huge. You're missing a very important opportunity to connect with customers. Put some art work up in there. Make it warm and nice. Maybe have a place for condiments too. The window to pick up food is a huge barrier between people and the staff. Take it or leave it (my impression and advice) but small changes will solidify this place as a destination outside the kosher keeping community

Oh, my. What a find! This is the best falafel I have had in ages, and most certainly in Colorado. My pita was packed to the brim with fresh veggies, hummus, tahini and falafel. The pita was soft and delicious. The falafel was freshly prepared and tasty. I wasn't able to finish the sandwich all at once despite my best efforts but I squirreled away my leftovers for later. I love it when I try a new place that is immediately on my list as a go to. I didn't eat in as it wasn't an option as they are remodeling the dine in area. The folks working here were very friendly and prompt.

I first had falafel in Israel 40 years ago and since then have been on a quest to find falafel just as good. Although I lived in the suburbs of Chicago, I couldn't find anything close. Until I went to Mordy's while visiting a friend in Denver. Now I eat here every time I'm in town. The falafel is excellent and the add ons are fresh and flavorful. And Mordy is so friendly!

Very authentic. This is essentially a food truck, that is now parked in a more permanent location. There is parking and an indoor space, and the falafel is not bad at all, very close to falafel you can get in Israel, which is not to be taken lightly.
